The
Chairperson's primary responsibility is conducting
the monthly District
Meeting. This includes following the agenda,
rationing the time for the various committee reports,
and keeping order. The Chairperson also makes sure
all District Service Committee commitments are filled
and that committees get the direction they need
to fulfill the committee's responsibilities.
