| The
treasurer pays approved financial responsibilities
of the district and keeps financial records for
the district which are reported regularly to the
district body. In most cases, the treasurer is responsible
for encouraging contribution support for district,
area and G.S.O. services. The treasurer accepts
contributions from meeting groups for District 8,
Area 32 and the G.S.O. and distributes them accordingly.
