New Group Form (Click for form) - does your meeting need help being established as an A.A. Group within District 8? If you have any trouble with this or have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact Stephen W. your DCM (District Committee Member) for any assistance or questions you may have by clicking dcm@aalivcomi.org. Change Group Information (Click for form) - has your group name or location changed how about the time of your meeting, or do you have a new GSR? This form allows you to communicate that to District 8! Thank you for following up! Give the form to your GSR to take to the next monthly Business Meeting on the 3rd Thursday of the month. District 8 Group Contribution Form (located at bottom of the page or click here) - has your group been collecting donations and it's time to make a contribution to District 8? Fill out this form and enclose your payment or better yet have your G.S.R. bring your CASH contribution to the next monthly District 8 Business Meeting and they will get a receipt right away! Our district will even take the liberty of dividing your contribution to Area 32 and G.S.O. (New York Central Office) for you. The suggested ratio and what District 8 follows when splitting contributions is: 60% to District 8 30% to CMIA32 10% to G.S.O.
